Prerelease foils are usually worth about the same as a non-foil version of the same card. Only to collectors. I personally liked the Alt Vamp Nocturnus art an found them easy to trade for. Not everyone likes foils too, and Pre Release cards don’t tend to end up as Vintage/Commander Staples.
