To begin, please return or log into your MySavvy portal. Once logged in, use the Drop down for My Services and click on your service. If a Modem is on file but not active. Example it was mailed to you for a Modem Swap you can select it from the list.
Can I use Rogers modem for TekSavvy?
Teksavvy resells the cable service, but Rogers will be provisioning the modem. If its not on the list, it will never be provisioned for use with the service.
