Is UF housing good?
These residence halls are in a very good area — right next to Broward, and very close to Turlington and Gator Dining. These dorms are older and have communal bathrooms, but the central location makes it worth it because you’re closer to everything on campus.
Does UF guarantee housing?
Housing Agreement The housing agreement guarantees a student a room in a residence hall on campus. The agreement does not guarantee a specific room type, rental rate, location, or roommate. Students under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian accept the terms and conditions.
How can I get out of my housing contract at UF?
You must submit a cancellation request online through HMS. Visit login, and select the Cancel Contract link. Please clearly indicate your reason for canceling your housing contract. You will receive a response to your request within 2 business days of submission.
