The World Health Organisation supports 24 hour a day baby wearing for premature babies, until they reach their full gestational age, especially where modern medical care is unavailable to parents.
How long can a baby stay in a wrap?
Wraps can typically be used with newborns (as long as they meet the weight requirement) up until your child is 18 months old or so, although parents tend to get the most use out of them in the first several months.
Can baby face out in Boba Wrap?

Do baby slings make babies clingy?

How long can newborn wear sling?
