Using ActivInspire for the First Time Once ActivInspire is installed, there will be a shortcut on your desktop. Double-click it to launch ActivInspire. Next you will see the Promethean License Agreement window. Enter a User Name, Organisation and Activation Key. Check the box to accept the terms of the license, then click OK.
How do I protect my flipchart in ActivInspire?
The Flipchart Publisher in ActivInspire allows you to create a protected version of your flipchart, preventing others from being able to copy or print its contents. Be sure to save a copy of your flipchart in a safe place before you publish it. Once published, any restrictions you have set for other users will also apply to you.
