RAC are aware that they can call Nissan to but seem reluctant and this takes time. Hence car is held for a further day or over a weekend . RAC often do not respond to e mails for 48 hours . If the customer goes ahead with work before you authorise , warranty is not valid .
Does the platinum RAC warranty cover glow plugs?
He got the platinum rac warranty with it as he thought it sounded good. So far they won’t pay out on the glow plugs or the control relay for them or the folding electric mirror that just packed up. Why not put the cash in the bank?
