To date, Wheels and the Legman have appeared in five episodes of the series. While they have become a solid running gag, not to mention one of Roger’s best recurring alter egos, their efficacy as detectives is dubious, to say the least. The adventures of Wheels and the Legman largely work out the same way.

Is Stan dead American Dad?
Deaths. Stan dies for six minutes before being resuscitated in “Haylias” after being shot by Hayley. As a result, he suffered some memory loss and forgets who Klaus is. According to the DVD commentary, the show staff discuss Stan being dead as of the end of “Rapture’s Delight” and in his personal heaven.
What episode does Stan and Roger smoke?

Joint Custody. When Roger finds out that Hayley’s boyfriend, Jeff, is wanted in Florida for smuggling marijuana, he and Stan turn into bounty hunters and chase Jeff across the country.
When did Roger meet Stan?
Roger came into contact with the Smith family when he saved Stan’s life back when Roger was a fugitive of Area 51 (four years prior to the show’s beginnings). Feeling he owed Roger a life debt because of this, Stan rescued him from government capture and allowed him to live in his home.
Why was Klaus put into a fish?
Personality. Klaus was once an East German Olympic ski-jumper until his mind was transferred into the body of a goldfish during the 1986 Winter Olympics by the CIA to prevent him from winning the gold medal, leaving him trapped in the goldfish’s body.
