In the Pokémon games, the level cap is level 100. When a Pokémon has reached level 100, it cannot gain any more experience or level up.
How do you restore PP in fire red?
PP can be restored using several items. An Ether restores 10 PP for one move, a Max Ether fully restores PP for one move, an Elixir restores 10 PP for all of a Pokémon’s moves, and a Max Elixir fully restores PP for all of a Pokémon’s moves.
Can you Delevel a Pokemon?
You are able to evolve max level Pokemon through the use of a Rare Candy. Say you were given a Pokemon in a trade that was level 100 and you want to evolve it.
