Outlaw Rogue Viability in the Current Patch. In Patch 8.2, Outlaw is still lagging behind Assassination in terms of raid performance. However it remains a competitive spec in Mythic+ and will likely see decent amount of play there. Overall it is not as versatile as Assassination, but it has a lot more potential than Subtlety.
