Does Sims 4 have yoga?
The Sims 4: Spa Day Yoga is performed using a yoga mat and can also be learned from a yoga instructor. If Sims practice yoga often enough, they will become fit and muscled. To train the wellness skill without making a Sim muscled, try using massage or meditation.
Can you own a yoga studio Sims 4?
Sims cannot normally work at the spa, they can only go there to relax. However, you can create a Sim with high Wellness skill (Yoga or Fitness), and mark them as non-played. Alternatively, you can work on mastering the Yoga or Fitness skill and then set up a Yoga or Fitness club of your own.
How do you get a yoga mat in Sims 4?
To get started, you can purchase a yoga mat, meditation stool, or massage chair/table for the home. The best thing to do is to actually visit the spa you placed in the neighborhood for a day of dedicated wellness instruction via the Yoga Instructor NPC.
Can I make my Sim a yoga instructor?
Thanks to the updated Spa Day version, your Sim can now get their own yoga instructor mat and own it. You can now both hire a yoga instructor or teach yoga classes yourself. Use the “Request a yoga instructor” interaction or “Teach yoga class” option, depending on what you want to do.
Can my Sim be a yoga instructor?
Become a yoga instructor. You can also work as a yoga instruction as a side-hustle and earn some extra money. You can teach yoga classes anywhere you want. For example, you can go to the park, place some yoga mats on the ground, and use the “Teach yoga class” interaction to let other Sims know they can join your class.

The Relaxer Massage Table. While at the Spa, Sims can get massages here from skilled (and not-so-skilled) Massage Therapist NPCs, as well as receive some relaxing Aromatherapy massages.
Is there a wellness career in Sims 4?
New Activities & Career Now, your sims can be fully pampered with relaxing activities like pedicures and manicures! Sims will also be happy to have a new career path in the wellness industry. This will allow sims to achieve positions such as Self-Care Specialist and Zen Guru.
Can you own a spa in Sims 4?
When you load up The Sims 4 Spa Day* you’ll find three Maxis-made Spas ready to be placed, but like the other Venues in the game, you’re also able to make your own. Whether you want a Spa focused on massages, saunas, or even meditation, the game pack gives you the tools to make it happen.
How do you host a meditation on Sims 4?
To start a Guided Meditation Session, simply click on a Meditation Stools and select Host Guided Meditation. From here, you will be able to choose either a Public or Private session. You will also be able to see how much you’ll make per Sim who attends.
