The Red Stars Reserves presented by Illinois Youth Soccer Association (IYSA) and Illinois Women’s Soccer League (IWSL) has provided a pathway to the professional ranks for many players including current Red Stars in Sarah Gorden, Zoey Goralski, and Chicago’s second-round selection in the 2020 NWSL College draft, Camryn Biegalski.
What happened to Sarah Sitch from Chicago Red Stars?
She was a member of the Red Stars during the 2010 Women’s Professional Soccer (WPS) season and returned to Chicago for the inaugural National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) season in 2013. Following her retirement in 2015, Sitch was named an Assistant Coach for the University of Chicago women’s soccer team.
